1. About Us

This website is operated by Augustine Group LLC, doing business as Augustine Supply Co. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Augustine Group LLC.

We sell Christian journals and related physical products through augustinesupplyco.com. Our online store is hosted on Shopify. Our print-on-demand journals are printed and fulfilled through Lulu.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

2. Using Our Store

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and to use only payment methods you are authorized to use. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

You may not use our website to commit fraud, distribute malicious software, access information without authorization, or interfere with the operation or security of our store.

3. Product Information

We aim to describe our products accurately. Please review each product’s size, binding, materials, page count, and other specifications before purchasing.

Screen settings and printing processes can cause minor differences in color. Product mockups are illustrative; the product description identifies the materials and features included. These differences do not excuse a defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product.

Our journals provide Christian reflection and personal-growth prompts. We do not guarantee any particular personal, spiritual, or habit-related outcome.

4. Prices, Payments, and Orders

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. The checkout shows your order total, including applicable shipping charges and taxes, before payment.

Prices and product availability may change for future orders. We will not increase the amount charged for an existing order without your agreement.

We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment failure, an inability to fulfill it, or a material listing error. If we cancel a paid order, we will notify you and refund the canceled items and any associated charges.

5. Print-on-Demand Production and Cancellations

Our journals are printed to order.

If you wish to cancel, contact support@augustinesupplyco.com immediately. Cancellation is not guaranteed. If we can stop the order before production begins, we will cancel it and provide a full refund.

Once production begins, we cannot accept change-of-mind cancellations, except where required by law. A cancellation request is not complete until we confirm it.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Production occurs before shipping. Delivery estimates should therefore account for both production and transit time.

Available destinations, charges, and delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated.

Please contact us promptly about an incorrect address, missing order, or delivery problem. Address changes may not be possible once processing has begun. Nothing in this section removes any remedy required by applicable law.

7. Returns and Refunds

We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges for our print-on-demand journals, except where required by law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Our Return and Refund Policy explains the process and forms part of these terms. Please contact us before sending a return. Do not send returns directly to Lulu.

8. Intellectual Property and Customer Content

Website content is owned by us or used with permission, except for public-domain material and content belonging to others. These terms do not give us ownership of Scripture, third-party materials, or rights we do not otherwise hold.

You may not reproduce or distribute our protected journal designs or website materials commercially without permission, except as permitted by law. This does not restrict your lawful use of a purchased journal.

You retain ownership of your reviews and other original content. If you submit a review for public display, you give us nonexclusive permission to display it with the name or display name you provide.

We do not claim ownership of your private journal entries. Honest reviews, including negative reviews, are welcome. We may remove spam, unlawful content, or content that exposes another person’s private information.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you interact with our store.

10. Website Availability and Consumer Rights

We aim to keep our website accurate and available, but errors or temporary interruptions may occur. Please contact us if you notice a problem.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Our obligations concerning purchases, refunds, and defective products remain subject to applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Questions

These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

If you have a concern, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us does not waive your right to use any available legal remedy or payment-dispute process.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our business or applicable requirements. Updates will show a revised date, and we will provide additional notice where required.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively remove rights associated with an existing order.
