Print-on-Demand Journals

Our journals are printed to order and fulfilled through Lulu. Each journal must be printed and bound before it ships.

Production and Delivery Times

Production generally takes 3–5 business days after an order enters production. Order preparation and payment processing may add time before production begins. Weekends, holidays, seasonal demand, and production capacity may affect these estimates.

Shipping takes additional time after production is complete. Transit time depends on the delivery destination and shipping service.

Any estimate specifically labeled “transit time” excludes production. Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping Rates and Destinations

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you pay. We currently accept orders for eligible United States destinations supported by our checkout.

If no shipping option appears for your address, please contact us before ordering.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will provide the available tracking information by email. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives your package.

Delivery Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@augustinesupplyco.com.

We will attempt to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within its estimated delivery period, or tracking shows a delivery problem, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us before sending anything back, and do not send returns directly to Lulu.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
