Return and Refund Policy

Augustine Supply Co. journals are printed to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or accidental purchases, except where required by applicable law. This does not affect our handling of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@augustinesupplyco.com.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If we can stop your order before production begins, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once production has started, we cannot accept change-of-mind cancellations, except where required by law.

We will confirm whether your cancellation was successful. Sending a request does not itself cancel the order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your journal when it arrives. If it is damaged, has a printing or binding defect, or is not the item you ordered, contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the affected journal and packaging, if available.

For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or a refund, as appropriate and consistent with your applicable rights.

Return Instructions and Costs

Contact us before returning an item. We will tell you whether a return is necessary and provide the correct instructions.

If we require a damaged, defective, or incorrect item to be returned, we will cover the return shipping costs. No restocking fee applies to these claims.

Please do not send returns directly to Lulu or its printing facilities.

Refunds

We will notify you when a refund is approved and processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within its estimated delivery period, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
