Cancellations & Refunds: At Augustine Supply Co., we pride ourselves on offering a fair and transparent return policy. You may cancel your order any time before it ships at no charge (exceptions may apply such as custom orders, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can process a full refund before your order leaves the warehouse.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started, as these items are created specifically for your order.

If it is unclear whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please contact us before purchasing.

All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.


Refunds and Returns

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Due to shipping costs, returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping charges. Exchanges may qualify for partial shipping support depending on the product.


Shipping Times

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are listed on product pages.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days depending on location and supplier availability.

Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

By purchasing from Augustine Supply Co., you agree to the following:

  • I understand I am responsible for inspecting my package upon delivery and reporting any damage within 24 hours with photos.
  • I understand I am responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
  • I understand items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
  • I understand that once my order has shipped, I may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • I understand restocking fees (typically 25%) may apply to returns.

Damages

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If damage is found, note it when signing for delivery if possible.

Report damage within 24 hours by emailing support@augustinesupplyco.com with photos of the product, packaging, and SKU.

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for insurance coverage.


Warranty

Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. Please refer to individual product pages for details.

Warranty claims do not cover damage caused by use, wear, or damage not reported within 30 days of delivery.


Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated. Restocking fees and shipping charges may apply depending on the product and reason for return.

BOGO Promotions

In BOGO promotions, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned, store credit or replacement will be issued based on the promotion terms.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.


Chargebacks

Our support team is available to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. Please contact us before filing a dispute so we can assist you.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback for received or resolved orders may result in further action. We encourage customers to contact us directly at support@augustinesupplyco.com for assistance.
